Paul and his team took great care of me this past weekend. Not only did they thoroughly explain the issues but also provided honest and insightful recommendations that immensely helped me make decisions for my vehicle. They also are personable and I could feel there care for me as a person and not just another one of their customers. This is where I will be taking my vehicles going forward.

Outlandish price that most people can not afford.They want to charge me almost $700.00 to replace ONE battery cable.Yes, you see it right.Almost Seven Hundred Dollars to replace ONE battery cable!!I looked up online, and Volvo battery cable costs around $50 Dollars.

As a 25 year old girl, I admittedly know nothing about cars and have always hated taking my car in for repairs. It's common to be talked down to, not have things explained to you, and given incorrect information in order to sell you things you don't need. At Paul's, I have never had this experience. I always feel like I am being taken care of by a family member, regardless of who is helping me that day! They are honest, fair and timely. The total is always less than I expect it to be, and they take the time to explain what they did (I even learn something new about my car most times!). I would definitely recommend!

New to the area and truck (2018 RAM 1500) did not start. Figured the battery was the issue and Auto Zone (where battery was purchased) said the battery was good and it was a bad starter which would be $500-$600. Took truck to Paul's based on their fantastic reviews. Paul inspected and found battery was so low it was straining the starter. Since it was not 'below' Auto Zones standard, they state the battery was 'good'. Paul called Auto Zone and they refused him. Paul then put a new battery in the truck and charged me only $70 for labor and stated he will return the battery and be reimbursed by the battery company. Outstanding customer service and HONEST! Paul could have jammed me for several hundred dollars but did not. He just earned a new loyal customer and I will be recommending Paul's to everyone I know!Dale Schaefer
